final article

this is my final finished article. i think everything works really well. the use of colours is good; with the 2 different colours for the questions and the answers. also taking parts out and putting them in speech marks was a good idea.

on a whole i think the article looks really interesting and would definately catch the readers attention.

final contents page

this is my final contents page. i like the overall look of it; the colour scheme and the layout. i like how the main article is seperate from everything else. i think only using one image was a good idea as it wasnt important to have any other images; the image i used is the only important one.

i also like the way contents is written; the colour of it, how it is positioned on the page and how it is not straight.

final front cover

this is my front cover. i really like how the fonts look and how they suit what the magazine is about.
i also like the colours i used, the blue black and orange go well and i have followed these colours through to the contents page and article.
overall i think my front cover looks really good and suits the all- genre magazine that it is.

finally i added a box for the regulars. i wrote the regualrs in white as i wanted to seperate it from the other boxes. this makes it stand out and the readers could immediately seperate the regulars from the other new things inside.

i have now filled each box with the page number and what is on that page. i chose to write it in blue with a blue outline because it really stands out from the black and can clearly be read.
i have also added the word contents, i like how it crosses the image, the orange and then the black, it also looks good at an angle. i decided to put it in a blue box as it makes it really stand out and picks out the blue from the boxes nicely.

next i added an image and the story that goes with it. the reason i split the page into 2 different colours was so the main story that is in the orange section would stand out.
below the image i have written a bit about the article and then a part taken from the interview in speech marks, this is to show a bit of what was said in the article to get readers interested.

first of all i made boxes to show where the writing was going to be; the blue boxes in the black section are where the pages are going; i have put the numbers in the boxes. for this page i am using a mainly black and orange colour scheme, with some parts blue.
